The ideal candidate should be able to work out detailed rate analysis of material and labour cost for Retail and F&B projects.
Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding process
Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
Solid understanding of Pre tender and Post tender process
Should have hands on experience in CAD and Plan swift. Good Communication skills in verbal and written.
3 – 6 years’ of Fitout experience preferred
