Role Overview
The Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing all media-related activities, including traditional and digital channels, to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and marketing effectiveness. The role oversees media campaigns, budgets, vendor relationships, and analytics to ensure ROI and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive media strategies for online and offline channels.
- Identify target audiences and select appropriate media platforms to reach them effectively.
- Plan media campaigns in line with marketing objectives and brand positioning.
Campaign Management
- Manage execution of media campaigns across TV, print, radio, digital, social media, and OOH channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams, creative agencies, and media vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to optimize outcomes.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Plan, manage, and monitor media budgets for campaigns.
- Negotiate rates with media vendors and ensure cost-effective media purchases.
- Track spending and provide reports on budget utilization and ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor media campaign performance, including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use analytics to guide future media strategies and planning.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain relationships with media agencies, publishers, and vendors.
- Coordinate with marketing, PR, creative, and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Ensure contracts, agreements, and service-level expectations are met.
Innovation & Trend Monitoring
- Keep up-to-date with media trends, technologies, and emerging platforms.
- Recommend innovative approaches to enhance media reach and brand presence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- Master’s degree or professional media certifications are an advantage.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in media planning, management, or advertising.
- Experience managing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.

- Proficiency in media tracking and analytics tools.
