Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the interior design and fit-out sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing high-end commercial and residential projects in line with strict deadlines, budgets, and TRI’s quality standards.

You will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, consultants, internal departments, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless project execution from concept through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution:
  Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:
  Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Communicate effectively to understand their vision, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resource Coordination:
  Collaborate with internal departments (design, production, procurement, site team) to allocate resources effectively.
• Site Supervision:
  Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works are progressing as per design, standards, and schedule.
• Quality Assurance:

• Cost Control & Reporting:

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the UAE, preferably in the interior design/fit-out industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and fit-out construction practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
